Future Ohishi Sangyo is aiming for
Since our foundation in 1925, we have contributed to all of our stakeholders by providing packaging materials. We are committed to “Inclusion for the Future” as our group vision. We were one of the first companies in Japan to promote the 3Rs through sales of Pulp Moulded products. For these achievements, we have received awards from the Minister of International Trade and Industry and the Minister of the Environment in the past. With affirmative eyes for the future, we will transform ourselves day by day to become a useful presence in society that continues to wrap and include our customers’ valuable products and goods, and beyond that, the future of the earth. We carry our dreams to a future brighter than today and tomorrow…
Basic policy in sustainability
With our group vision as a cornerstone, we go beyond simply “wrapping” things and wrap them up in wider way, including society and the future. We will continue to respond to the needs of society by pursuing innovation and growth toward a sustainable future, while respecting our customers, society, and the global environment. We also aim to provide optimal solutions in recycling society and contribute to society through our innovation that changes the future.
Materiality
Based on our Basic policy in sustainability, we have identified priority issues (Materiality) from perspective in environmental (E), social (S), and governance (G) with regards to ESG-related issues where our group especially can contribute to solving social issues through our business activities. Based on these efforts, we aim to achieve sustainable growth looking at our next 100 years ahead.
