Polystyrene film
Polystyrene resin is commodity in plastic industry and is used in applications such as food packaging, home appliances, styrene foam, and thermal insulation application.
Our polystyrene film, Styrofan® and Clearfan®, are thin films made in polystyrene resin.
The Styrofan® and Clearfan® have high transparency and excellent secondary process ability like printing and cutting. We have largest market share in the field of lamination process in food packaging application in Japanese market.

Cast film
This is a cast film produced by the T-die method.
The embossing technique, which creates unevenness on film surface, is used to form films of viscous thermoplastic resins with soft and tacky feeling. We can create film with glossy mirror-like finishing using mirror- surface roll. The film has smooth surface and superior transparency.

Embossing patterns can be selected according to the application. For example, soft, silky texture can be expressed by embossing with crepe-weaving. - ● Easy-separation (Releasability)
Embossing reduces friction by reducing the contact area with the object, which contributes to improve easy-separation and anti- blocking performance.

We have clean room with multi-layer extruder. We can manufacture and supply our products keen to management in contamination under high-quality management system applied to medical and electricity applications which definitely require high-quality.

The machine can extrude our plastic film with feeding or unwinding PET film or polyolefin films as a separator film. It is more effective for making thin films and viscous resins into films with separator. This function is installed in limited application in mass-production machine, whereas machine for making prototype is installed it as standard specification.
